Swim caps are an essential — and increasingly expensive — part of our season. Because our custom team caps are produced overseas, rising production and import costs have made this a significant expense for the Booster Club.

Throughout the season, we purchase 2-3 sets of custom caps for our athletes:

• Regular Season Caps — provided to swimmers for practices and meets throughout the season

• Conference Caps — special caps for athletes competing at the Conference Championship

• State Caps — special caps for athletes who qualify for the MHSAA State Championship

We are looking for a local business, organization, or community member to help sponsor our team caps and offset this growing cost.

Sponsors can support the full season of caps or help fund one of our championship cap orders. Every contribution helps us continue providing these items to our athletes without increasing the cost to families.

At each Canton home meet, we provide post-meet food for both teams — typically 65–75 swimmers.

Our post-meet spread usually includes pizza, Gatorade, individual bags of chips and granola/snack bars.

Pasta parties are one of our team traditions and help bring the swimmers together before some of the season’s biggest meets.

A typical pasta party includes pasta, breadsticks, desserts and drinks.

Senior Night is our opportunity to recognize and celebrate our graduating swimmers and their families. We also get Lee's chicken for our team for this meet.  Beyond that, at the beginning of the season we get banners made for the pool that are roughly $35/Athlete that they get to keep.  The kids all sign them at banquet.

Booster expenses include flowers and other items that help make the evening special.

Sponsor all or part of Senior Night, or contact us about providing flowers, Lee's Chicken or another item directly.

We have 10 seniors this year, so things like flowers we'd need an arrange of 2 carnations/roses in tissue with ribbon for ~10 parents.  Last year we paid roughly $80

At the end of each season, we like to recognize our swimmers and divers with a small gift celebrating their hard work, commitment, and contributions to Canton Boys Swim & Dive.

With approximately 40 athletes on the team and 2 coaches even a modest gift for each becomes a significant expense for the Booster Club.

We are looking for a business, organization, or community member to sponsor or help offset the cost of our year-end team gifts.

A sponsorship can be monetary, or we would be happy to work with a business interested in donating an item or product for our athletes.

We celebrate the swimmers who qualify to represent Canton at the State meet with team shirts and swim caps.

At the end of the season, our swimmers receive a printed team yearbook bound and filled with photos, memories and highlights from the season.

Our banquet brings swimmers, coaches and families together to celebrate the season and recognize the team’s accomplishments.

This is our largest team event, so partial sponsorships are especially welcome. Families and businesses can contribute at any level toward the overall banquet cost.

Professional photography helps us capture and celebrate the Canton Boys Swim & Dive season. Photos are used to create our Senior Banners and may also be used throughout the season for team social media, recognition posts, promotional materials, and other team communications.

A full photography sponsorship would cover the cost of the team’s photography for the season and allow senior families to receive their banner photography without the additional photography fee.

Partial donations are also greatly appreciated and will be applied directly toward the photography expense.
