CANTON BOYS SWIM & DIVE

COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

There is something special about a swim team that most people never get to see. Spectators get to see the races, the scoreboards, the personal records, and teammates at the edge of a lane cheering on a teammate that’s chasing a PR. What they don’t see are the early mornings. The endless hours staring at a black line in the pool. The exhausted athletes climbing out of the water, only to return the next day. The diver stepping back onto the board after getting it wrong. But we do.

Canton Boys Swim & Dive is built on more than times, points and places. It’s built on resilience, discipline, accountability and a group of young men learning what it means to show up for one another. That’s the team our community is investing in.

OUR COBRAS

IN THE POOL

MHSAA Division 1 Top 20 Team • State-qualifying athletes & relays • School-record performances • Strong KLAA Conference representation

IN THE CLASSROOM

High-achieving student-athletes • Strong team GPAs • Academic honors & scholar-athletes • Graduates continuing their education at highly competitive universities, including Yale

IN OUR COMMUNITY

Athletes representing Canton throughout the community • Team service & volunteer opportunities • Leadership, teamwork & accountability that extend beyond the pool

WHY COMMUNITY PARTNERS MATTER

Swimming and diving is a demanding sport with needs that extend far beyond access to a pool. The Canton Boys Swim & Dive Booster Club works alongside our coaches, families, and supporters as a 501(c) nonprofit to help provide resources and experiences that would otherwise be difficult to fund. Unlike sports that fill stadiums and generate significant spectator revenue, swimming and diving happens in a much smaller arena. The crowd may be smaller. The commitment isn’t.

WHEN YOU BECOME A COMMUNITY PARTNER

You aren’t simply purchasing advertising space. You’re putting your name behind these young men.

You’re helping an athlete have the equipment he needs to train. You’re helping a team compete when they’ve earned the opportunity. You’re helping recognize seniors after years of commitment. You’re helping create moments these boys will remember long after their final race. And in return, we want our community to know who stood behind them.

YOUR BUSINESS SUPPORTS OUR TEAM.

OUR TEAM SUPPORTS THE BUSINESS THAT SUPPORTS US.
